The aftermarket for commercial vehicles continues its positive trend in Spain. Workshops specializing in trucks and buses have increased their revenue by 3,7% between July 2025 and June 2026 , according to the latest data from the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Club.
Revenue growth occurred within a context of stable business activity, with a 0,8% increase in repair orders compared to the same period last year. This trend confirms the positive, albeit moderate, trend currently being experienced by the commercial vehicle aftermarket.
More than 2.356 million euros in turnover
Between July 2025 and June 2026, Spanish workshops dedicated to the maintenance and repair of trucks and buses achieved a turnover exceeding 2.356 billion euros.
This figure represents a significant increase compared to the approximately €2.272 billion recorded during the previous twelve months. The price increase, which stood at 2,9% , was one of the main factors behind the revenue growth.
The evolution of revenue, exceeding the growth in repair orders, reflects how the evolution of costs and prices of repair services continues to have a significant impact on market behavior.
The activity of the workshops remains stable
The latest available data also points to a stable trend in activity during the most recent months. In May and June 2026 , repair orders increased by 0,7% compared to the same two-month period in 2025.
During this period, workshop revenue grew by 2,3% , while prices increased by 1,6% . These results are in line with the trend observed over the last twelve months.
A key market for the aftermarket of commercial vehicles
The evolution of workshops is a relevant indicator for the entire commercial vehicle aftermarket supply chain . The maintenance and repair of trucks and buses generates a constant demand for spare parts, components, and specialized equipment.
In this context, the stability of repair orders and the growth in turnover reflect a market that continues to show positive evolution and sustained maintenance needs from fleets and transport professionals.
The data comes from a sample of 268 workshops
The report from the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Club is based on the analysis of repair orders from a sample of 268 workshops specializing in commercial vehicles in Spain.
This sample is part of a database that brings together a total of 7.979 workshops , including specialists and exclusive dealers in the segment.
The Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Club comprises over 50 companies linked to the sector, including vehicle manufacturers, component manufacturers, and spare parts distributors. Its activities are focused on generating knowledge, fostering networking, and contributing to the growth of the commercial vehicle aftermarket.
A scenario of moderate growth for the aftermarket
The data from the last year therefore shows a market for commercial vehicle workshops with moderate but sustained growth . The 3,7% increase in turnover, along with the rise in repair orders, points to a stable evolution in the demand for maintenance and repair services for trucks and buses.
For manufacturers and distributors of spare parts, this evolution highlights the importance of maintaining a competitive offering, product availability and responsiveness to the needs of professionals in the commercial vehicle aftermarket.
