El InPost Group, a leading provider of logistics services for the E-commerce, has announced the acquisition of Sending, company specialized in urgent home deliveries and logistics solutionsThis strategic operation significantly strengthens InPost's presence and operational capacity in Iberia.
Key reinforcement of the national logistics network
With the addition of Sending, InPost adds 155 new logistics centers to its network, reaching a total of more than 170 operational facilities in the region. This allows for a substantial improvement in its 24-hour delivery service and expanded coverage in hard-to-reach areas.
The integration also includes a hybrid logistics ecosystem, combining Sending's home delivery services with the already established ones Lockers and Punto Pack InPost, which facilitates more agile growth in delivery volumes and greater flexibility for end users.
International expansion and expanded coverage
La Sending distribution network includes strategic destinations such as Andorra, Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Azores.
