The Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, MITMA, has recently published an explanatory video showing how to access the data that may be required during a roadside check.
The new waybill, the CMR or all types of control documents that the professional driver must carry on his journey have a digital format. The authorities may request these documents, for example, at a road check, and it is not necessary for the driver to have them in physical form, but they can be completed electronically. The Ministry of Transport provides an explanatory video to remind you of the procedures for doing so.
To use this application, the transport company must issue the control document digitally, which the driver stores on their mobile phone or tablet. Then, when officers request the documentation at a roadside check, they will provide a control number that the driver must enter into the "Roadside Check Control Document Management" application. Official website of the Ministry of Transport, From there you can access all your documents.
