Ganvam activates an action plan to support entrepreneurs affected by the DANA

In response to the serious damage caused by the DANA in Levante, Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia, the National Association of Motor Vehicle Dealers, Repairers and Spare Parts (Ganvam) has launched an action plan to provide support to affected businesses. This initiative includes the free assessment of the inventory of damaged used vehicles and legal advice to manage the problems arising from the storm.

Free valuation of affected used vehicles

Ganvam has enabled a free valuation service for businesses that need to assess the condition of their stock of damaged used vehicles. To do so, those affected can send a detailed list to the email dana@ganvam.es with key information on each vehicle: registration number, make, model, trim, number of doors, fuel type and year of first registration. Thanks to the Ganvam-DAT alliance, a specialized team will carry out this assessment as quickly as possible.

Legal Advice for Business Owners

In addition to the valuation of vehicles, Ganvam has provided a legal advisory team to guide entrepreneurs in the management of contingencies arising from the DANA. Interested parties can contact us via email I adviseda@Ganvam.es to receive support in processing insurance, claims and any management necessary to mitigate damages.

Request for ICO and ERTE Lines due to Force Majeure

Ganvam has asked the Government to activate specific ICO credit lines for natural disasters, in order to provide immediate liquidity to those affected. The employers' association also urges the acceleration of the procedures for the approval of ERTE due to force majeure, allowing companies to maintain jobs during this critical period.

Ganvam's Commitment to the Recovery of Affected Areas

Raúl Palacios, president of Ganvam, has expressed his solidarity with the affected families and the organization's commitment to collaborate in the recovery of the damaged areas. Ganvam stresses that the support of the Government and the speed in the implementation of these measures will be key to helping businesses overcome this situation.

H2: Coordination with Administrations to Streamline Resources

Ganvam hopes that collaboration with the administrations will enable the activation of additional resources to help businesses return to normality as soon as possible. This action plan seeks not only to mitigate losses, but also to offer immediate and concrete support to businesses affected by the DANA.
