Today has been a special day for Ryme Automotive, since we have had the honor of being one of the finalist companies in the FAE Innovation Awards 2024, held in Burgos. We feel deeply grateful to FAE and Caja Burgos Foundation for its ongoing commitment to Burgos companies in the pursuit of innovation and business development.
We would like to congratulate the winners of this edition: Keyland Management Systems, SL (medium business), Riventi Structural Facades, SL (small business) and IOTHING, SL (microenterprise), for its outstanding projects in the field of R&D&I. Its dedication and effort are an example to follow for the business ecosystem of our region.
In our case, we have been finalists thanks to our B2B Customer Portal, a project that reflects our firm commitment to digital innovation in the automotive aftermarket sector. In a market that is increasingly oriented towards digitalisation and information, Ryme Automotive was a pioneer in 2012 by launching a customer portal, which has evolved over 12 years. In 2024, we identified the need to make a new technological leap to respond to growing market demands.
The new customer portal has been designed from the ground up, providing key information on spare parts and OE references, making it easier for our customers to access the information they need for their daily operations. We have also integrated interesting functionalities for our customers such as order and delivery scheduling, real-time stock information and forecasts of new material arrivals.
The evolution of customer behaviour and the increasing use of smartphones have been key factors in this transformation. The new portal has been adapted to offer a fluid experience on mobile devices, allowing users to manage large databases, create lists of future orders and receive stock alerts, thus optimising their day-to-day management.
Finally, we would like to thank the Burgos companies DGH y Waizabu, whose knowledge in software development and business solutions has been fundamental to this great step in the digitalization of Ryme Automotive were possible.
This recognition as finalists motivates us to continue innovating and improving our services, always with the aim of offering our clients the most advanced tools to facilitate their work in the automotive after-sales sector.
